The InAlyzer is used to analyze pumpable product and does an excellent job on ground meat where other technologies such as NIR may not provide a suitable solution. For grinder based operation the InAlyzer is not limited by grind size. The InAlyzer chamber and control module are easily integrated into your process. Unlike other analyzers, its simple design contains no moving parts or optical components that require routine maintenance, resulting in extremely low long-term cost of ownership.

The InAlyzer is used to analyze samples flowing through a pipe and out of a grinder. Typical materials include ground meat, liquids, pastes, granular solids, dough, and highly viscous materials.
